Eligibility
We accept returns and exchanges of unworn, undamaged, and unused jewelry items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery.
Non-Returnable Items: Custom-designed pieces, engraved items, and resized jewelry are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. There may be items that are ineligible for return.
Return Process

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.

Refunds
Approved refunds will be processed within 7 business days after receiving return to the original method of payment.
Exchanges
If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us immediately at info@icebreakermagic.org for an exchange.
Upon approval, we will provide instructions for returning the defective item and will ship a replacement at no additional cost.
